We invited the Billings business and downtown community to witness the progress we’ve made on our Unified Campus project, and your overwhelming response was a testament to our collective strength. With over 350 attendees for free food, first looks, and fantastic fellowship, our Sneak Peak was a huge success, all thanks to your support. We are truly grateful for your part in this journey.  Thank you!

On August 1st, the Montana Rescue Mission offered our esteemed donors, downtown business owners, and dedicated volunteers, along with many other Billings residents, the chance to see first-hand all of the work that has been put into our revitalized homeless shelter. Your presence and support were invaluable and made the event a resounding success.

Thanks to you, in a single afternoon, we raised over $7,000 in proceeds for bedding, mattress covers, and linens to ensure our guests have a clean and comfortable place to begin their journey toward recovery and prosperity.  The event was such a success thanks to the efforts of many staff and volunteers.  In the days leading up to the event, Montana Rescue Mission staff loaded and unloaded trucks to assemble beds while volunteers were busy cleaning and decorating rooms.

This has been a huge step towards completing the UC Project at Montana Rescue Mission. We plan to unveil our completed mission apartments next, which will help our shelter guests transition from our shelter to permanent housing and allow low-income families to begin building futures with all the support and wraparound services.

We want to take this moment to thank you and all those who came out to support our progress.  The opening of our revitalized shelter is a major milestone in accomplishing our ongoing efforts to combat homelessness, and you are a crucial part of this mission.  With your help and God’s grace, we can bring the good news of Christ’s love and forgiveness to people who need Him most.

We couldn’t have gotten to this point without you! If you want to join an amazing team of volunteers, please click here.
