Montana Rescue Mission is seeking a dedicated Food Service Manager to oversee all aspects of meal preparation and food service at our shelter and café. This role ensures that meals are nutritious, properly portioned, and meet health and safety standards. The Food Service Manager is also responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, tracking inventory, and upholding a Christ-centered environment in alignment with our mission.
Bargain Center Store Associate
Montana Rescue Mission Bargain Center is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to support our Bargain Center. This role is key to ensuring a positive customer experience by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, maintaining an organized workspace, and delivering outstanding service aligned with MRM values.
Intake Specialist
This position, under the direction of the Program Manager, serves as a key front-line role in a shelter environment, ensuring new guests feel welcomed, safe, and supported upon entry. Responsibilities include conducting guest intakes, managing initial paperwork, setting expectations, and addressing conflicts or behavioral issues to maintain a secure and respectful environment. The role coordinates internal and external services for guests, supports the Care Team in monitoring compliance and guest progress, and contributes to the daily operations of the facility through documentation, staff collaboration, and emergency response. Additionally, the position involves mentoring staff, facilitating meetings, and promoting a positive and structured environment aligned with the shelter’s mission and policies.
