Shelter Cook

Location: Billings, MT
Status: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Wage: $16–$19 per hour (DOE)
Reports To: Program Director

Position Summary:
The Cook is responsible for establishing and maintaining a nutritious and appealing diet for those we serve.

Guest Services Specialist

Location: Billings, MT
Status: Full-Time (Day, Evening, Weekend & Holiday Shifts as Needed)
Wage: $18–$22 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Full Benefits Package (100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance)

Position Summary:
Direct Care Counselors work directly with shelter guests to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This role helps individuals navigate daily challenges while encouraging progress toward stability, recovery, and spiritual growth.
