Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Client Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. This position supports the delivery of internal and external services, assists guests with intake and program engagement, and helps maintain the efficient and secure operation of the shelter facility.
Shelter Cook
Location: Billings, MT
Status: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Wage: $16–$19 per hour (DOE)

Resident Services & Transportation Specialist
Location: Billings, MT
Status: Non-Exempt (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Position Summary:
This role supports daily operations by ensuring residents have safe, reliable access to essential services while maintaining a clean and well-functioning facility. The Specialist serves as a key connection point for residents navigating medical, legal, employment, and recovery-related appointments, while representing the Mission in the community and reinforcing a culture of dignity, safety, and accountability.
Receiving Lead – Bargain Center
Location: Billings, MT
Status: Non-Exempt (Variable Hours)
Wage: $16–$18 per hour (DOE)
Reports To: Store Director
Position Summary:
The Receiving Lead oversees donation intake, sorting, pricing, and merchandising, ensuring items are attractively displayed and store standards are consistently met.
Direct Care Counselor
Location: Billings, MT
Status: Full-Time (Day, Evening, Weekend & Holiday Shifts as Needed)
Wage: $16–$19 per hour (DOE)
