In the days following the successful Sneak Peek event, Montana Rescue Mission staff have been busy making final preparations before welcoming our guests. With final inspections finished, the only thing remaining was to open the doors and welcome our first guests, thanks to you!

On August 9th, we opened our door to the new shelter for guests. This was the first time our guests saw the newly renovated shelter, with new beds, linens, private bathrooms, and two brand-new lounges. Many guests were excited to see their new lodging and its upgraded amenities. Thanks to our amazing donors and volunteers, the new shelter is open and running smoothly.

For many of our guests, this shelter will be the first step to bettering their lives. This could not have been possible without gracious donors like you. Thank you for supporting Montana Rescue Mission as we work to end homelessness. With the remodeled shelter opening, we are one step closer to completing the Unified Campus and bringing all support services into one city block.

With the building buzzing with excitement, our commitment to showing our guests Christ’s love remains strong. In this place, people can sleep comfortably in a bed at night, but our remodeled shelter will not only be a place for physical comfort. True comfort comes with hearing about the loving message of Jesus Christ. With the hope of His Good News, our new shelter will be a place where lives are changed forever.

Our donors and volunteers give their time and monetary support to our mission, changing the lives of our guests so they can hope for a better future. If you would like to join our amazing volunteers and provide direct support to changing lives, please fill out our form here. “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31
