Volunteer Coordinator

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will lead and enhance volunteer programs to strengthen community engagement. Using your expertise in volunteer management, you will recruit, train, and inspire volunteers, ensuring a meaningful and impactful experience for all involved.

Education and Training Coordinator

The Education and Training Coordinator supports the Montana Rescue Mission guests by providing access to skills development in a range of vocational and spiritual programs, groups, and classes. This position plays a key role in helping shelter guests develop the right skills for the labor market, focusing on both enhancing and retraining.

Chaplain

The Chaplain provides compassionate spiritual care to MRM guests, integrating Biblical principles into daily life and recovery. They build relationships to support growth toward a healthy, addiction-free life, offering biblically-based counsel and working with the Care Team to address spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. The Chaplain also leads Bible studies, chapel services, retreats, special events, and coordinates spiritual programming volunteers.

Security Guard

The Montana Rescue Mission is looking for a Security Guard to join our team and provide a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring security cameras, responding to alarms, and providing assistance to guests. The Security Guard must be alert at all times and have excellent observational skills. They must also be able to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism..
