The Billings Leadership Foundation Board of Directors announced that Dyann Romeijn has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Billings Leadership Foundation. Her first day will be December 22. The Billings Leadership Foundation supports the work of the Montana Rescue Mission, the Friendship House, and the MRM Bargain Center.

“We are thrilled that Dyann is joining our team,” said Tim Mascarena, Board Chair. “She is a seasoned nonprofit executive who brings more than twenty years of experience in philanthropy, organizational development, and Christ-centered leadership.”

Dyann’s career has been marked by her ability to build strong teams, strengthen community partnerships, and steward organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Most recently, she served as a major gift officer with St. Vincent Foundation, and her previous roles include VP of Development at Montana State University Billings and Development Director for the Montana Rescue Mission from 2017 to 2019. She has spent years mentoring, speaking, and advocating in churches and ministry settings, especially in healing, resilience, and trauma-informed care.

“I’m honored to join this team of dedicated individuals doing such meaningful work for people and our community,” said Dyann Romeijn. “I believe that transformative change happens when people are seen, valued, and equipped, and when faith and service intersect with integrity. I know that together we can bring a new season of hope, restoration, and impact.”

In her new position, Dyann will lead strategic vision, community engagement, organizational health, and mission alignment across three vital ministries serving Billings and the surrounding region. She is passionate about empowering teams, improving the continuum of care for those facing homelessness, poverty, and instability, and cultivating Christ-centered partnerships throughout the community.

Billings Leadership Foundation benefits the community by fostering new levels of collaboration, reducing service duplication, addressing our community’s greatest needs, and supporting the Montana Rescue Mission, the Friendship House, and the MRM Bargain Center.
