The Montana Rescue Mission offers three different participation levels of programs for the men and women staying at our Missions and the REACH-Out program for children. The overall goal is that each of our classes and levels will help our guests with their next steps to achieve success in life after they leave the Mission. Each program level carries class credits and chore requirements for program involvement.
Seeker Level – An open door for those who have recognized their need for help, they are provided the love of Christ with a one to three months length of stay.
Follower Level – Empowers those open to the things of God, whose personal or unique needs are getting back into employment, acquiring disability assistance, housing, etc. This process can take up to six months length of stay.
Disciple Level – Primarily for those struggling with addictions who have experienced serious relationship failures, or have been incarcerated, but have made finding a healthy, Christ-centered lifestyle the most important decision in their life. A one to three year length of stay (as needed) is allowed as long as positive forward progress is being made.
Classes
Classes are offered to the Seeker and Follower level for voluntary participation and are a requirement for the Disciple level.

Daily devotions and bible studies are also offered. Church attendance is not a requirement except for the Disciple level, but is strongly encouraged for all levels. Preparation for life after incarceration is offered to those involved in the Montana Re-Entry Program.
REACH-Out
The REACH-Out program was designed for the continued social, emotional and spiritual development and enjoyment of children experiencing homelessness. Activities and events are planned around: Recreation, Education, Arts, Culture and Health – Outside the Mission environment. The Montana Rescue Mission works closely with the Homeless Liaison from the Billings School District #2 for after school tutoring and to ensure school-age children staying at the Mission attend school regularly.
