The Montana Rescue Mission offers many services to our guests, all geared to meet their urgent and immediate needs, while helping them grow in Christ and preparing them for their next steps in their spiritual journey towards wholeness.
Food Services
- Three meals Monday through Saturday and two on Sunday and holidays, free of charge for all guests staying at the Mission for Men and the Mission for Women & Families.
- Sack lunches provided to guests staying at our Missions while they work and after school snacks for children staying at the Mission for Women & Families.
- Lunch and dinner free of charge to those in need in our community dining room at the Mission for Men.
- Food boxes during emergency and disasters within the Billings community.
Housing
- Emergency and temporary housing is provided to guests staying at the Mission for Men and the Mission for Women & Families.
- Length of stay is determined by which program the guests choose to participate in. Guests must meet all program and chore requirements to participate in a program. Length may be from overnight to three years – please see Programs tab for more information.
- The Mission for Men has a total of 76 beds and the Mission for Women & Families has a total of 36 rooms with as many as up to 6-8 persons able to stay in one room.
- Clean bedding, towels, showers, laundry and toiletries are provided to all guests free of charge.
- Non-denominational chapel services are provided daily at our Missions for guests to attend. Attendance at chapel services is strictly voluntary and not a requirement to stay or eat at either Mission.
Clothing
- Clothing is provided free of charge to those guests in need staying at our Missions through our Outreach Program.
- When guests leave our Missions they may also receive clothing, furniture and household items as needed through our Outreach Program.
