Our Purpose Statement

To provide a safe, clean, Christian environment where we can help our guests and emergency needs in our community by providing; quality clothing, furniture, house wares and large appliances. To provide goods at affordable prices to the public and help support the Montana Rescue Mission financially.

Overview

The Bargain Center ministry began as a way to more efficiently handle and utilize in-kind donations from the Billings community. Guests at the Mission for Men or the Mission for Women & Families that are in need of clothing or furniture may obtain them through the Bargain Center. In times of community emergencies or diasters items are also given away as needed.

Items not given as described are offered for sale at low prices to the community which helps to support the life changing programs of the Mission. Any items not sold or given away are recycled as appropriate. The Bargain Centers are also a work site for people doing community service in lieu of fines and young people involved in HRDC, WEX, and CORE work programs.
