GUEST SERVICES POSITIONS:  Montana Rescue Mission has immediate, Guest Services positions available in our shelter facilities.  Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills. This position requires computer experience with Microsoft Office skills. SUPPORT SERVICES
Donor Relations Coordinator:  The Montana Rescue Mission is seeking a full-time Donor Relations Coordinator. The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the donor database, direct mail fundraising, managing a mid-donor caseload, grant administration, and donor acquisition as a member of the Development Team.
Duties are to coordinate and manage ongoing donor program; specifically working at identifying mid-level donors and coordinating with the rest of the Development Team to increase the retention of current donors and recruitment of new donors.
Incumbent will be expected to maintain Donor Perfect database to ensure coding accuracy for volunteer tracking and to optimize donations while overseeing production of segmentation. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of current fundraising techniques and methodologies used in the nonprofit sector and can participate in team meetings providing status updates, offering ideas and sharing solutions.
The Donor Relations Coordinator position requires a minimum of 2 years of database management, experience in direct mail marketing and appeals preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required.  Non-profit experience preferred. Receptionist:  The Montana Rescue Mission is seeking a part-time receptionist. The receptionist position will be responsible for general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks performed in a timely, high quality, and effective manner so that the ministry objectives of the Montana Rescue Mission can be supported.
General duties include greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls and traffic to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and flow of correspondence, inventory and requisition of supplies, filing, as well as additional clerical duties.
Additional sought after attributes are a friendly and positive attitude, ability to organize, prioritize, and complete projects in a timely manner, and accuracy and thoroughness in own work to ensure quality. High School diploma or GED required. No prior experience required but preference given to those with at least one year of receptionist experience and/or 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.  Non-profit experience a plus.  Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Administrative Assistant:  The Montana Rescue Mission is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties primarily for executive management as well as assisting in general Ministry Support Services so that the ministry objectives of the Montana Rescue Mission can be realized.
Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations. Additional duties include the support of Information Technology (IT) systems throughout the ministry, including database management for donor, accounting, and guest databases & related software.
Requires strong computer and organizational skills as well working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.  Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Associate’s degree or equivalent form of education equivalent to a two-year college or technical school; 3 years’ experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.  Prior executive support experience strongly preferred. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE:   The Montana Rescue Mission has immediate openings for maintenance/ custodial positions. Under the direction of the Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor, the Maintenance/Custodial worker will perform general upkeep and minor repairs of Montana Rescue Mission (MRM) facilities. Duties include janitorial upkeep of buildings as scheduled, inventory and supply management, basic vehicle maintenance, and general repair as required. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance, mechanical, or construction trade. Basic mathematical skills, English comprehension, and the ability to be insured through our vehicle insurer required.
